About Us
The National Lotteries Control Board [NLCB] was established on August 12th 1968 by an Act of Parliament to promote, organize and conduct National Lotteries. It is the only body authorized to do so in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
In its capacity as a Statutory Board under the direction of the Minister of Finance, the Board generates income for the Government of Trinidad and Tobago which is utilized for the benefit of the public good which include education, health, and social welfare to name a few.
